Everyone at Markes Ices have been praying this week as the shocking news became known that one of our little regular ice cream lovers has fallen ill with meningitis.
We send our prayers and Love continually to Annabelle Kember age 4, Charmaine, Lee and family in Rainham Kent. Annabelle who was on a life support machine earlier this week in a London Hospital has been diagnosed with a very rare form of meningitis and very poorly.
Although gravely ill today 19th Dec we received a message via her mum little Annabelle is fighting! she is today breathing on her own and been taken off the life support machine.
Mark says " Bringing a smile to children's faces is our business,its a very big part of why we do what we do, and of course we get quite attached to our little customers so the news when one of them is gravely ill comes as quite a shock.As a parent I can only imagine the pain and worry Annabelle's parents are going through right now and we continue to send all our love and prayers to them"
